四、通信网技术教研中心 陈建亚导师组（咨询电话：62283592，办公室：明光楼814）： 刘韵洁，男，1943年1月出生，中国工程院院士，教授，博士生导师，中国联通科技委主任。曾主持我国公用数据网、计算机互联网、高速宽带网的设计、建设与经营工作，为我国信息化发展打下重要基础；主持设计、建设与运营中国联通“多业务统一网络平台”，为三网融合提供了一种可行的解决方案，为向下一代网络演进的一次大规模成功的实践。曾获得国家科技进步一等奖1项，部级科技进步一等奖2项，国家发明专利2项，先后发表学术论文59篇，专著7部。 Liu Yunjie,

Prof.Chen’s interests are in exchange technology, theory and technology in access network and next generation networks, communication network management. His research interests include optical fiber communication and broadband communication network. He has published over 100 papers and eight books. Yongmei Sun, Female, Ph.D, Associate Professor, Master's tutor. She, whose research area is broadband communication systems and network technology, is in the group led by Professor Yuefeng Ji. She has long been engaged in researches optical fiber communication, optical burst switching network and data network and optical network integration. She has participated as the leader and the one who undertake primary research responsibility in a number of projects of National 863 Program, the National Natural Science Fund, the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Information Industry. She has made a number of achievements in the areas of dynamic adaptation of IP layer and optical layer, optical packet switching and optical burst switching networks. She has published papers in such key academic journals and conferences as "IEEE Communication Magazine", "IEICE Transactions on Communications", of which 5 papers are indexed by SCI/EI. Additionally, she obtained one patent for invention, awarded one second prize for Ministry of Information Industry Science and Technology Progress, and co-published a textbook.

His main research areas are lightwave technology and broadband information network. He has made various achievements in the business-oriented optical wavelength tunable receiving technology, optical burst switching networks, high-speed optical communication systems, and dispersion compensation. He has 5 patents of invention. He has published over 20 papers in such key international journals and international conferences as "IEEE Photonic Technology Letters", "Proceedings of SPIE", "Optical Journal", "photon Journal", many of which are indexed by SCI and EI. He has also co-published a monograph.

awarded with the title of National Specialist, who enjoys the special
national funding award. He is also the candidate of the New Century Million
Talent Project (national grade) and owner of the Guanghua Engineering Science
and Technology Price. He completed several major national projects and
patented 10 inventions (both national and international). He has also
contributed 16 books and 27 journals (accepted by the international standard
organization) to the telecommunication industry. He was awarded with the
National Technology Progressive Award (one each for both 1st Class and 2nd
Class). He was also awarded with 16 Municipal Technology Progressive Award
and 6 of them were 1st Class. Currently,

She has engaged in teaching and researching communication and information system for many years.
